South Dakota's Bureau of Administration has temporarily stopped offering E-85 ethanol blend for the state's fill-up sites for flex fuel vehicles in the state fleet, the Mitchell Republic reported. The move came after the state determined from actual use that E-85 fuels was costing about 13 percent more per mile per vehicle.
